He began in the construction industry, progressing from Apprentice to Journeyman, Foreman, Superintendent, and ultimately becoming a State Licensed General Contractor. This hands-on experience instilled in him strong project management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Dave then successfully transitioned into the IT field, demonstrating a remarkable ability to acquire new knowledge and excel in a different domain. His IT career encompassed roles such as Desktop Support, System Administrator, IT Security, and IT Manager. This unique blend of experiences, spanning blue- and white-collar sectors, provides him with a unique perspective on leadership and team dynamics.
